Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (with tags/labels intact).
Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made, personalized, or final-sale items (clearly marked at purchase).
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Order number
Product name & reason for return
Photos (if item is defective/damaged)
We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Ship the item to the provided address within 7 days of approval.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
Customer covers return shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. us web is not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault).
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging.
